The skill set involved with project managing and leasing development projects from; pre-development advice, to marketing, to leasing and lease administration, cannot be understated. Our team, lead by managing Director Nick Obel and Gereral Manager Sharm Govender, have concluded countless leases and established excellent relationships with National Tenants which, due to our level of service and enable us to secure quality tenants (site dependant) and negotiate from a position of trust and knowledge.
